Responsibilities
- Assist with food preparation, including frying, assembling orders, and maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen area
- Serve customers efficiently at the counter or drive-thru, ensuring a friendly and positive experience
- Upsell menu items to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
- Maintain food safety standards by following hygiene protocols and proper handling procedures
- Manage cash register operations with accuracy, including basic math for transactions and change handling
- Support kitchen operations by organizing supplies, cleaning workstations, and ensuring timely order completion
- Engage with customers to answer questions about menu items, specials, and dietary options
Requirements
- Previous experience in food preparation or restaurant service is preferred but not essential; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key!
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in hygiene standards
- Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for transactions
- Strong time management skills to handle busy periods efficiently
- Kitchen experience or culinary background is a plus but not mandatory—training will be provided!
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly, approachable attitude
