We are looking to recruit a fully skilled, competent and motivated sheet metal worker with experience working with mild steel, stainless steel and aluminium to a high standard.
This position requires a confident sheet metal worker / fabricator who can use their own initiative and be able to work to a high standard unsupervised.

Duties Of The Candidate :
- Preferring the relevant qualification to at least city & guilds standard.
- Be fully competent in use of all mechanical machinery ( press brake , rollers , guillotines , hand tools etc.
- Be able to read & understand basic engineering drawings and meet the company quality standard and ISO9001
- Welding and fabrication of ferrous and non-ferrous materials
- TIG / MIG weld to a high standard.
- Excellent time keeping skills.
- Located within a commutable distance of WF15 6JX
- Full UK driving license preferred
- Experience preferred
What We Offer :
Working Hours : ( 38hour week ) Monday - Thursday 7.00am to 3.30pm and Friday 7.00am to 1.00pm.
Break Time : 15 minute paid break on a morning ( 9.30 - 9.45 ) and 30 minutes unpaid dinner time. ( 12.30 - 1.00pm )
Overtime : Offered on a regular basis to meet customer deadlines ( approx. 10 hours available per week paying time and half after 38 hours.

Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain sheet metal fabrication tools and equipment.
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to perform precise cutting, grinding, and welding tasks.
- Assemble metal components according to specifications, ensuring quality and accuracy.
- Use hand tools and basic math skills for measurements and adjustments.
- Follow safety protocols while driving to job sites and transporting materials.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively.
