Abacus Care Home is actively seeking to recruit, a dedicated, enthusiastic and creative Activities Co-Ordinator. To simulate and motivate all service users within the home, improving their quality of life.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist service users within the daily, Activities Programme.
Plan, organise and deliver a stimulating, person-centred Activities Programme. To include one to one and group activities.
Identify the needs of the collective group and individuals, to deliver tailored activities.
Encourage involvement in the local community
Plan and organise external outings with appropriate transport.
Complete Daily Records as instructed and in line with the Home’s policies and procedures.
Breakfast Club: Prepare and serve, breakfasts to all service users in accordance with their Dietary Needs, person-centred choices, likes and dislikes.
Pay: Up to £12.72 per hour
