We’re looking for motivated and confident individuals to join our growing team as Trainee Telemarketing Agents.
No previous experience? No problem! Full training and ongoing mentoring will be provided. We’re looking for people with a positive attitude, strong communication skills and a genuine desire to learn and progress.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Working from our Reading office as part of a friendly, professional team
- Speaking with potential customers over the phone
- Introducing our products and services to prospective customers
- Qualifying leads and identifying genuine interest
- Booking appointments for our field sales team to carry out home assessments
- Following up with prospects and maintaining accurate customer records
- Working alongside experienced sales and marketing professionals
- Developing valuable communication, sales and customer-service skills
