We are now looking for Site Labour Operative to join our expanding team in Essex
Role Overview
As a Site Labour Operative you will be involved in a variety of installation projects across different sites. This is a hands-on role where attention to detail, reliability, and a positive attitude are essential.
No two days are the same, and you’ll be working as part of a team that values quality workmanship and strong collaboration.
This role is primarily day shifts, with overtime and night work available depending on project requirements.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in general site work
- Valid CSCS card (essential)
- Ability to provide 5 years’ address history and references (essential)
- Willingness to undergo a DBS check (essential due to airport-based work)
- Ability to work safely, professionally, and efficiently
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A proactive, can-do attitude
