We are looking for friendly, energetic Waiting Staff to join our vibrant hospitality team. In this role, you will be the face of our establishment, ensuring guests have a memorable dining experience through attentive service and a welcoming attitude. Duties
- Greet guests warmly and assist them in settling into their tables with a friendly smile.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring special requests or dietary needs are noted and communicated clearly to the kitchen team.
- Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness.
- Upsell menu items when appropriate to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities.
- Check in with guests periodically to ensure their needs are met and address any concerns promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including clearing tables and resetting for new guests.
- Follow all food safety protocols to ensure hygiene standards are upheld at all times.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant service is preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
- Basic math skills for handling bills, payments, and order accuracy.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper serving techniques is a plus.
- Ability to manage time efficiently during busy service periods while remaining calm under pressure.
- Experience with food preparation or kitchen operations is advantageous but not required.
- A positive attitude, team spirit, and dedication to providing excellent guest services.
