The Opportunity
We are offering a self-employed chair rental position for an experienced or developing barber.
You will:
Operate as a self-employed barber
Manage your own clients and bookings
Work independently within the YOSHYA space
This is not an employed role.
Terms
Chair rent: £10 per working day
Split: 60% barber / 40% barbershop on services
Tips: 100% yours
Products: 25% commission on retail sales
Payments: Transparent weekly settlement

Qualified or developing barber
Comfortable operating self-employed
Professional, reliable, and respectful
Able to maintain hygiene and presentation standards
Public liability & professional insurance (or willing to obtain)
