We are seeking a qualified Instructor to join Ford & Lydon HGV Driver Training in <LOCATION>. As an Instructor, you will play a vital role in shaping the next generation of professional HGV drivers, aligning with our company's values of safety and excellence.
Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive HGV training sessions to trainee drivers.
- Assess trainee progress and provide constructive feedback.

- Maintain accurate records of training activities.

- Support trainees in preparing for licensing exams.

- Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years experience driving HGV C+E vehicles.
- Strong knowledge of road safety regulations and industry standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and engage learners.

- Preferably experience in training or teaching roles.
- Valid UK driving license for HGV vehicles.
