This is an incredibly rewarding role and you'll help our Level 3 Business Administrator apprentices acquire and demonstrate the knowledge, skills and behaviours they need, offering advice and guidance throughout their learning journey.
The role
You'll join our Delivery Team as a Business Administrator Skills Coach, supporting our Level 3 Business Administrator apprentices to acquire and demonstrate the knowledge, skills and behaviours needed to succeed, and offering advice and guidance throughout their learning journey. The role is predominantly remote, with at least one day a month at our South London office near Vauxhall/Stockwell.
What you'll do

Support your apprentices through the learning journey and deliver an outstanding learner experience through effective coaching and mentoring.
- Ensure your apprentices are on track to complete their apprenticeship.
- Deliver regular progress reviews and check-ins for all apprentices, and keep employers up to date with progress.
- Help review, develop and deliver the learning content and delivery model for the apprenticeship programme.
- Design and facilitate engaging apprentice training through group sessions, including live sessions and in-person development days.
- Coordinate training activities delivered in partnership with employers and industry experts.
- Assess your apprentices' work and provide timely, developmental feedback.
- Manage your scheduled activities to ensure the timely achievement of learners.
- Comply with quality procedures to ensure compliance and best practice.
- Build strong, lasting relationships with each apprentice and employer you support.
- Provide additional pastoral support for apprentices as required.

We're looking for someone who's genuinely motivated by helping others succeed. Here's what matters to us:

Experience as a Skills Coach delivering the Business Administrator standard, or extensive knowledge and experience as a Business Administration professional.
- A passion for helping people enhance their careers, and the drive to deliver the best training possible.
- Knowledge of Apprenticeship Standards and End Point Assessments.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to deliver to deadlines and prioritise effectively.
- Previous training or coaching experience.
- A genuine commitment to our values and expected behaviours.

£35,000 to £40,000 depending on experience.
