Let us tell you about the role
We're excited to offer a new opportunity to join our Dealer Recoveries team in Cardiff. You'll take ownership of a dedicated region and a portfolio of key dealer and broker accounts, using your judgement, commercial awareness and relationship-building skills to manage cases and deliver positive outcomes.
This is not a high-volume call centre or dialler-based role. Instead, you'll work autonomously, taking a consultative approach to managing your portfolio, building trusted relationships and influencing outcomes through effective negotiation and collaboration.
You'll play a key role in maximising recoveries while balancing customer, dealer and business needs, with the freedom to make informed decisions and take ownership of your accounts from start to finish.
