Permanent / Full Time / from £35,000 per annum
This role does work shift patterns, with longer days during the spring/summer months and shorter days over the autumn and winter months

Grafham Water, a stunning 1,500-acre reservoir and visitor attraction, is looking for a practical, hands-on Lead Ranger to join our team. This rare opportunity blends team leadership with active fieldwork – from maintaining facilities and delivering high-quality visitor experiences to supporting our renowned fishery.
As Lead Park Ranger, you’ll work alongside your team in all weather – repairing, cleaning, patrolling, checking, and problem-solving – while inspiring your Rangers to deliver excellent customer service and maintaining the site to the highest standard.

Supervise and work alongside the Ranger team to keep Grafham Water safe, clean, operational, and well-presented.
