We are looking for a skilled Colour Technician who can grow with us and help shape the colour direction and standards of our salon.
What we’re looking for
- A Colour Technician with a strong sense of colour and their own creative philosophy
- Deep understanding of colour theory with strong technical skills
- Ability to provide personalised colour consultations and designs based on each client’s image, skin tone, and personal style
- Strong colour expression skills in popular Korean colour trends, including ash tones, beige tones, matte browns, blondes, and other refined modern shades
- Ability to create a wide range of colour designs, from natural, wearable colours to creative statement looks
- Professional knowledge of colour formulation, toning, colour changes, colour correction, and modern colour techniques
- Ability to share colour knowledge and techniques with assistants and the design team
- Understanding of current trends and the ability to adapt them into personalised styles for clients
- Excellent communication skills with a professional and positive attitude
- Ability to work confidently in a fast-paced, high-standard premium salon environment

Pay: £25,420.00-£51,530.21 per year
