Taurean Estates is seeking a motivated and professional Investment Consultant to join our growing team. Specialising in off-plan property investments and portfolio building, you'll work with clients looking to grow their wealth through carefully selected UK and international property opportunities.
This is a consultative sales role where you'll guide clients through the investment process, understand their goals, and recommend opportunities that align with their objectives. Key Responsibilities
- Build relationships with new and existing investors through telephone, video, and face-to-face consultations.
- Understand clients' investment goals, budgets, and long-term objectives.
- Present exclusive off-plan property investment opportunities and explain their potential benefits.
- Guide clients through the purchasing journey from initial enquiry through to reservation and completion.
- Help clients build and expand property portfolios with tailored investment strategies.
- Maintain regular contact with investors, providing market updates and identifying future investment opportunities.
- Work closely with developers, solicitors, mortgage brokers, and other partners to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions using the company CRM.
- Stay up to date with UK and international property markets, investment trends, and new developments.
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales and client satisfaction targets.
Skills & Experience
- A passion for property investment and helping clients build long-term wealth.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- A consultative approach with the ability to understand clients' needs and provide suitable recommendations.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous experience in property, investment, estate agency, sales, or financial services is desirable but not essential.
- Experience using CRM systems is advantageous.
