Due to the growth of the company, we are now looking to add a Part-Time Logistics & Sales Support Assistant

Reporting directly to the Managing Director we will require the successful applicant to play a key part in supporting our daily logistics operations and ensuring our customers receive exceptional service.
Working alongside our sales team, you will help coordinate deliveries, maintain accurate records, and keep our customer base updated every step of the way.

Key Responsibilities
- Customer Communication: Serve as a friendly, professional primary contact for customer inquiries via telephone and email.
- Delivery Coordination: Assist with tracking deliveries and providing proactive updates to customers.
- Data Management: Input and maintain accurate information across company computer systems and logistics records.
- Problem Resolution: Resolve customer queries and logistical challenges promptly with a practical, solutions-focused approach.
- Workflow Prioritisation: Manage multiple daily tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Team Support: Collaborate with the wider team to maintain a smooth, efficient daily operation and a positive workplace atmosphere.
Key Skills & Experience Required
- Technical Proficiency: Strong computer literacy with confidence using management databases and systems.
- Communication Skills: Excellent phone manner with clear, articulate spoken and written communication.
- Organization & Detail: High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and strong organizational ability.
- Resilience: Calm under pressure with a practical, adaptability-driven mindset.

Pay: £16,523.00-£18,985.00 per year
