We are looking for someone to join our team that can work both in the office and provide care out in the community when needed.

Responsibilities:
- Creating and managing rotas for care workers, ensuring all care calls are allocated.
- Matching carers to clients based on skills, experience, location, continuity of care, and client preferences.
- Covering staff absences due to sickness, annual leave, emergencies, or training by arranging alternative carers.
- Monitoring live schedules throughout the day and making changes when delays or issues arise.
- Communicating with care staff, clients, and their families about rota changes and visit times.
- Using care management software (such as Access Care Planner & PASS ) to update schedules and records.
- Ensuring compliance with working time regulations, staff availability, and safe staffing levels.
- Supporting new care packages by scheduling visits for new clients.
- Working closely with supervisors, care coordinators, HR and managers to resolve staffing issues.
- Maintaining accurate records of shifts, travel time, and changes to rotas.
- Responding to emergencies by arranging urgent cover for missed or additional care calls.
- Helping improve efficiency, reducing travel time between visits while maintaining continuity of care.
- Providing excellent customer service by dealing professionally with client and staff queries.
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records- Provide general clerical support, including photocopying, scanning, and filing documents- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars- Perform various administrative tasks to support the office operations- Maintain office supplies and inventory-Care coverage when needed-Support to client LiaisonSkills:
