A position has now become available within the CAMHS team for an Admin Assistant to support effective clinical care by providing administrative tasks for the team in Lomond House, Helensburgh.
Hours of work will be from Monday to Friday.
The post requires you to support the effective clinical care by providing an efficient administrative service to all levels of staff within the CAMHS team. You should demonstrate a professional manner.
You must have excellent communication and IT skills and although the post is supervised you should demonstrate that you have the ability to prioritise your own workload.
Knowledge of the NHS TrakCare system would be an advantage although not essential.
You will also be required to work as part of a team, therefore, excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary, although there may be occasions when you will be required to work alone and as such you will require the ability to work well under pressure and have a flexible approach to the needs of the department are essential.
Induction, training, support and supervision will be provided.
