We are looking for Two Production Operators to join our stable and innovative engineering company.
As a small, close-knit team of nine, we manufacture a wide range of precision-engineered products for customers across several industries. Due to our continued growth, we are looking to welcome another two operators to our workshop team.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established business where no two days are the same. You'll work on both small and large batch production orders, operating a variety of machinery and supporting the manufacture of high-quality precision components.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate production and engineering machinery safely and efficiently.
- Manufacture precision components to quality standards.
- Work on both small and large batch production orders.
- Carry out quality checks and inspections of finished products.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work area.
- Work collaboratively with the production team to meet customer requirements and production schedules.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment is desirable.
- Experience with engineering machining or machine operation would be beneficial, although full training will be provided.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Good attention to detail and a commitment to producing quality work.
- Reliable, hardworking, and able to work effectively as part of a small team.
