Life Quality Specialist (Female Carer) – Hounslow

We are looking for a warm, reliable and compassionate Life Quality Specialist to join our team in Hounslow. In this role, you will support people to remain safe, independent and connected to the life they love in their own home.
This is a female-only role due to the personal care needs of the people we support. Applicants must live in or close to Hounslow or have a full UK driving licence with access to their own vehicle.
What you will do
- Provide excellent, person-centred support with personal care, dressing, mobility, meals and daily routines.
- Take the time to get to know each person—their preferences, routines, interests and what matters most to them.
- Build trusting relationships with clients and their families through kindness, good communication and consistency.
- Follow individual care plans while encouraging choice, dignity and independence at every opportunity.
- Support with medication prompts and basic wellbeing observations, reporting any concerns promptly.
- Travel safely and reliably between visits, arriving on time and ready to make a positive difference.
- Complete clear, accurate care notes using our digital care system.
- Work closely with the wider Kinnective Care team, healthcare professionals and families to provide outstanding care.
What we are looking for
- A caring and positive person who genuinely enjoys supporting others.
- Someone who understands that excellent care comes from listening, showing respect and doing the little things well.
- Confidence in building meaningful relationships with people from different backgrounds.
- Good spoken and written English.
- Basic IT skills for care notes and communication.
- Previous home care or care home experience is desirable, but your values, attitude and willingness to learn are equally important.

Pay: £13.00-£15.50 per hour
