As an Administration Controller, you'll play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operation by managing key administrative processes, maintaining accurate records and helping keep the site running smoothly and efficiently.
✅A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE
- Managing driver holiday records and maintaining accurate personnel and administration files.
- Supporting payroll processes through the accurate preparation, validation and maintenance of employee data and records.
- Maintaining spreadsheets and business systems, ensuring operational and financial data is accurate and up to date.
- Raising purchase orders, monitoring expenditure and tracking orders for site requirements.
- Providing general administrative support to colleagues across the operation, helping to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day activities.
