The Role
As Events Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting and delivering high-quality face-to-face and online events from initial planning through to post-event delivery.
This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate or someone with previous events experience who is organised, proactive, and eager to develop within a fast-paced and rewarding environment.
Responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating and supporting live conferences, webinars, and workshops
- Managing speaker and delegate communications
- Hosting and supporting online events via Zoom
- Planning and delivering speaker practice sessions
- Attending and managing face-to-face conferences
- Supporting post-event administration and video editing
- Working closely with multiple departments across the business
About You
We are looking for someone who is:
- A confident and professional communicator
- Organised with exceptional attention to detail
- Calm under pressure and able to manage multiple deadlines
- Comfortable using technology and online platforms including Zoom
- Ambitious, proactive, and eager to grow within the events industry
- A strong team player with a positive “can-do” attitude

Pay: Up to £24,000.00 per year
