Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organised and professional Office Administrator to join our busy team. Duties
- Manage incoming calls with professional phone etiquette and direct them appropriately
- Organise and maintain digital filing systems, ensuring easy retrieval of documents
- Perform data entry tasks accurately using internal systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and coordinating office events
- Support bookkeeping activities including invoicing and expense tracking
- Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations as required
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Support management team with administrative tasks to enhance overall efficiency
- Ensure the office environment remains tidy and organised at all times
Qualifications
- Proven office experience or administrative background is preferred
- Strong work ethic and willingness to go the extra mile
- Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Good typing speed with high accuracy for data entry tasks
- Experience in clerical work and data management
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- A manual drivers license would be an advantage
