About The Role
As a Commercial Sales Representative, your day-to-day will be dynamic and engaging. You'll be identifying new leads, developing strategies to win new business, and liaising directly with clients and architects to finalise designs and secure new work. Required Criteria

Excellent IT literacy and knowledge of Microsoft office products

GCSE or equivalent at Grade C or above in 5 subjects to include English and Maths.

Ability to read construction drawings and understand technical specification documents.

Ability to prioritise workload.

Self-motivated with a desire to succeed within the team.

A full current driving licence.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

At least 3 years experience in a Sales role
Desired Criteria

Experience in the technical aspects of uPVC and composite products

Experience of Supply Chain management of Construction Materials

HND or equivalent in Building Studies, Construction, Surveying or similar.

Recognised Construction / Window industry training.

Experience of and ability to use Autocad.

Experience in a Technical Sales/Specification role in the construction or window industry.

Strong commercial acumen.

Experience in the management of suppliers on technical and quality issues throughout the supply chain.
