Do you have a passion for football and a knack for inspiring young athletes? FunnClubb, Hackney’s most energetic kids’ sports club, is looking for fun, bubbly, and high-energy coaches to join our team in local parks!
We aren't just looking for tactical experts; we want someone who knows how to turn a park into a playground and keep children fully engaged with a big smile and infectious energy.
The Schedule (Term Time Only)
We are looking for dedicated coaches for the following shifts:
- Saturdays: 8:00 am – 1:00 pm
- Sundays: 8:00 am – 1:00 pm
Here’s the Game Plan:
- Weekend Wonder: Lead engaging football training sessions in local parks for children aged 2 and up, fostering a love for the game through play.
- Goal-Getter Games: Design action-packed drills and games that make learning fun and help kids master essential football techniques.
- High Fives & Big Energy: Create a positive, "bubbly" environment where every child feels like a champion. Your personality is the key to keeping the kids excited!
- Become a Legend: Be a role model, inspiring confidence and helping children develop a lifelong love of sports and physical activity.

Do You Have the Skills to Play?
- Personality is Priority: You must be fun, bubbly, and have a natural ability to engage and entertain children.
- Experience: Previous experience coaching sports is essential, with a focus on football a big plus! (FA Level 1/2 is a bonus).
- Engagement: A knack for creating "magic moments" that keep children focused and excited about learning.
- Safety First: An up-to-date DBS and First Aid certifications are essential.
- Patience: A patient and understanding approach to working with children of all ages and abilities.
Qualifications:
- Strong background in sports coaching or teaching.
- Ability to work with toddlers and create age-appropriate, engaging activities.
- Excellent communication skills, you must be able to command a group with enthusiasm!
- First Aid Certification.
