With a sales organisation of up to 50 people, a rapidly growing client base, and significant investment in technology, we're looking for an exceptional Head of Operations to help us scale.
This isn't a maintenance role.
We're looking for someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments and wants to build something special.
The Opportunity
Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be responsible for leading the operational engine of the business.
You'll oversee the customer journey from lead generation through to claim completion, ensuring our teams, systems, technology and processes are aligned to deliver exceptional customer outcomes at scale.
You will work alongside senior leadership to drive performance, improve efficiency, implement new systems and create the operational infrastructure required for significant future growth.

What You'll Be DoingScale Operations
- Build operational processes capable of supporting rapid business growth.
- Create systems and workflows that improve speed, efficiency and customer experience.
- Remove bottlenecks and identify opportunities for automation.
- Help shape the future roadmap of our proprietary technology platform.
Lead High-Performing Teams
- Manage operational managers and team leaders.
- Work closely with our sales organisation of up to 50 people.
- Create accountability, structure and high-performance standards.
- Develop future leaders within the business.
Drive Performance
- Own operational KPIs and business performance metrics.
- Monitor conversion rates, pipeline movement, productivity and customer outcomes.
- Build dashboards and reporting frameworks that provide real-time visibility.
- Use data to drive decision-making.
Compliance & Quality
- Ensure operations remain compliant with HMRC requirements and industry regulations.
- Build robust quality assurance processes.
- Maintain excellent customer outcomes whilst scaling rapidly.
- Promote a culture of professionalism, accountability and continuous improvement.
Technology & Innovation
- Work closely with our internal development team.
- Identify opportunities to leverage AI, automation and technology.
- Help improve our in-house platform and operational systems.
- Drive digital transformation across the business.
What We're Looking For
You are likely to have experience in one or more of the following:
- Scaling operations in a fast-growth company.
- SaaS, fintech, technology, claims, financial services or contact centre environments.
- Leading teams of 20+ people.
- Creating operational structure in entrepreneurial businesses.
- Using data and technology to drive performance.
- Managing compliance-driven operations.
Most importantly, you're commercially minded, highly organised and obsessed with building efficient systems.
You don't wait to be told what to do.
You identify problems, create solutions and execute.
