We are seeking a professional and organised Receptionist to join our team. This role is vital in ensuring smooth daily operations by providing excellent front-desk support and administrative assistance. Responsibilities
- Welcome visitors, residents' families and professionals in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer and direct telephone calls, taking accurate messages where required.
- Respond to emails and general enquiries.
- Manage the reception area and maintain visitor records.
- Prepare letters, documents and correspondence using Microsoft Word.
- Update spreadsheets and records using Microsoft Excel.
- Scan, photocopy, print and file documents.
- Maintain accurate electronic and paper records.
- Order office supplies and distribute incoming post.
- Provide general administrative support to the management team.
- Maintain confidentiality and comply with GDPR and company policies.
- Carry out any other reasonable administrative duties as required.
Requirements
- Previous reception or administration experience is desirable.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Able to prioritise work and manage a busy workload.
- Friendly, reliable and professional approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
