Overview
We are seeking a talented and professional Hair Stylist to join our vibrant salon team. The ideal candidate will be skilled in offering a comprehensive range of hairdressing services, ensuring clients receive exceptional styling and care. This role provides an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with access to in-salon training programs, including brands such as GHD, Schwarzkopf Professional, Sebastian Professional, and System Professional. No prior client base is required, as we have clients awaiting your expertise.
Duties
- Perform a full spectrum of hairdressing services including cutting, coloring, styling, and treatments.
- Offer personalized consultations to understand client preferences and provide expert recommendations.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and safety within the salon environment.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest hair trends and techniques through ongoing training.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a welcoming and professional atmosphere for clients.
- Participate in in-salon training sessions provided by leading industry brands to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
- Proven experience or talent in all aspects of hairdressing; formal qualifications are required.
- Ability to deliver excellent customer service and build rapport with clients.
- Strong communication skills and a professional appearance.
