Our services can be fast-paced, especially during evenings and weekends, so we are looking for experienced hospitality professionals who are confident working in a busy restaurant environment. The Role we are currently looking for is experienced Waiters / Waitresses to join our front-of-house team. The ideal candidate will already have experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment and understand the importance of delivering excellent customer service while maintaining high standards throughout a busy service.
Responsibilities
* Welcoming and looking after guests throughout their visit
* Taking food and drink orders accurately
* Providing knowledgeable and professional table service
* Serving food and drinks efficiently
* Making sure guests are happy and well looked after
* Handling customer requests and queries confidently
*Maintaining clean and organised tables and service areas
* Working closely with the kitchen and management team
* Supporting colleagues during busy services
* Following food safety, hygiene and restaurant procedures
* Helping to maintain the high standards expected at White Tiger
Experience
* Have previous waiter/waitress or front-of-house experience
* Are confident dealing with customers
* Have excellent communication and customer service skills
* Can work efficiently under pressure during busy services
* Are reliable, punctual and hardworking
* Have a positive attitude and professional appearance
* Work well as part of a team
* Take pride in providing excellent service
* Are flexible to work evenings, weekends and busy periods
Previous restaurant experience is essential for this position.

Pay: £12.71-£14.00 per hour
