EXCEPTIONAL OPPORTUNITY – PRIVATE HOUSEKEEPER

We are looking for an experienced, trustworthy and highly motivated Housekeeper to become an important part of a private household based in the stunning surroundings of Stocksfield, Northumberland.
This is far more than a standard housekeeping role — we are seeking someone who will become a valued and trusted part of the household team, helping maintain an exceptional home to the very highest standards.
About the Role
The successful candidate will play a key role in the smooth day-to-day running of a large private property, working alongside a full-time groundsman and supporting the household with care, attention to detail and professionalism.
The homeowners travel extensively throughout the year, so we are looking for someone dependable, proactive and capable of managing the home confidently and responsibly during periods when the owners are away.
Key Responsibilities
· Maintaining the property to immaculate standards at all times
· Full housekeeping and deep cleaning duties throughout the home
· Laundry and ironing to a high standard
· Assisting with the general running and organisation of the household
What We Are Looking For
· Previous housekeeping / cleaning experience within a high-standard environment
· Exceptional attention to detail
· Reliable, discreet and trustworthy nature
· Someone who genuinely enjoys caring for a home
· A cat lover is essential
· Full UK driving licence required
· Flexible and adaptable approach to working hours
· Positive attitude and strong work ethic
