Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Mobile Response Officer to join our team. Based from Lisburn, this role is vital in delivering prompt security responses and maintaining safety for our clients. Join us to contribute to a company that values excellence and customer satisfaction.
**Annual performance related bonus of £500 at year end**
Responsibilities
- Respond quickly to security incidents and alarms across assigned locations.
- Conduct patrols to ensure the safety and security of premises.
- Liaise with clients and emergency services as needed.
- Maintain detailed reports of incidents and activities.
- Operate company vehicles responsibly, including commercial driving duties.
- Assist in the delivery of security equipment when required.
- Follow all health and safety protocols to ensure a secure environment.
- Support the team in maintaining high standards of service delivery.
Qualifications
- Full valid UK driving license with experience in commercial driving.
- Proven ability to respond swiftly and effectively to incidents.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Prior experience in security or response roles is preferred.
- Mechanical knowledge is advantageous but not essential.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
