Your Impact:
As a Beauty Consultant for Parfums Christian Dior, you are a brand ambassador. In your role, you are responsible for driving fragrance & beauty sales by achieving your sales targets while promoting the brand and providing a personalised luxury service to customers.
Through your passion for the brand you will demonstrate an attitude that befits Parfums Christian Dior at all times.
Previous experience working in a luxury, consultative sales role is required. Experience in beauty and/or fragrance sales is advantageous.

Hard Skills:
- Previous experience working in a luxury, consultative sales role is required.
- Experience in beauty and/or fragrance sales is advantageous.
- Expert knowledge of fragrances: able to evoke passionate responses to fragrance notes.
- Product knowledge: knowledgeable on all Parfums Christian Dior products, especially fragrances.
- Selling techniques: proven ability to achieve or exceed sales targets and link-sell across product categories.
- Client relationship management: ability to develop personal relationships with clients and introduce loyalty schemes.
- Merchandise management: understanding and adherence to corporate guidelines.
- Inventory monitoring: ability to monitor stock levels and report issues.
