Internal Seller – NFU Mutual Salisbury & Wareham
Full-Time Position
Location: Wareham (Leanne Business Park, BH20 4DY)
Hours: Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm (35 hours per week)
Starting salary £30,000 depending on experience with commission scheme based on achieved sales targets.

An exciting opportunity has now arisen within the Wareham Agency for an Internal Seller to join our expanding team.
About the Role
As an Internal Seller, you will play a key part in the success of our agency—supporting growth, identifying new opportunities, and helping customers access the right NFU Mutual products for their needs. Key responsibilities include:
· Proactively identifying and initiating sales opportunities with new and existing customers.
· Making outbound and inbound calls to discuss NFU Mutual motor, personal, and small commercial insurance products.
· Building strong customer relationships and delivering exceptional service at every interaction.
· Working compliantly within FCA and NFU Mutual guidelines.
· Supporting the wider team through collaboration, cross-selling and appointment-setting for our Financial Adviser.
· Maintaining accurate and detailed records in line with Agency procedures.
About You
We’re looking for a motivated and confident individual with a passion for building customer relationships and business growth.
Essential skills & experience:
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Strong IT abilities, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
· Able to work under pressure, priorities tasks and meet deadlines.
· Positive, adaptable, and proactive approach.
· Ability to use good judgement and problem-solve effectively.
· Previous office or telephone-based customer service/sales experience is beneficial but not essential.
Qualifications:
· Minimum GCSE Grade C/4 or above (or equivalent) in Math's and English.
