Form part of the Island of Ireland Supply Chain leadership team, delivering excellence in Manufacturing. Lead the KMH Plant team to translate and implement Group manufacturing strategy in the business unit to improve right first-time quality plant output at optimal cost in a compliant and safe work environment. Develop plans for infrastructure, capabilities, resources and capacity throughout the site to support safety, compliance and required plant output and business plans. Drive continuous improvement of processes and standards to capture and secure plant optimisation collaborating with supply planning, supply finance and the supply leadership team.
Scale and complexity: CCHBC ‘Mega Plant’ with CHP Plant inhouse responsibility, +100M UC annually, 9+ production lines with Can, PET, Glass and BIB formats and under expansion.
KEY RESPONSABILITIES
Develop critical capabilities across all the plant both technical and soft skill to build a team that can deliver top manufacturing performance in the region and support deliver the supply chain ambition.

You establish strong working relationships with key business and HR stakeholders (eg: Country HR Director, HR BPs, Business Function Heads)
Collaborate and create close work relationships with our external stakeholders, authorities and internal work relationships across layers, functions, countries, Monster and The Coca-Cola System.

Leveraging manufacturing excellence techniques drive efficiency and productivity. Lead clear work plans, priorities, resources allocation, processes (Business Process Management System), governance and compliance
- Preparation and Execution of operational and strategic plans for plant
- Setting and execution of the operational and performance targets
- Responsibility for optimal resource utilization
- Deploy best practice Manex techniques to drive best in class plant performance
- Through lean manufacturing principles ensuring adherence to the following standards: ISO, HACCP, GMP, OHSAS, TCCQS and all local legislation fulfilled

Ensure sustainable practices across the site in waste elimination, sustainable packaging and utilities usages. Drive cost control to agreed standards sustainably and with speed in an environmentally responsible way.

Setting and execution/control of annual and detailed financial plans for all responsible cost centres.

University degree relevant to Manufacturing (engineering, food & beverage processing related)
-
Minimum 10 years’ working experience in the field of production management
-
At least 5 years’ experience as leader of managers in a unionized working environment

Proven results in Quality Food Safety Management, Asset care and utilities management
-
All round knowledge of areas within supply chain and supply finance
-
Effective communicator and team player with both internal and external stakeholders

Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
-
Project Management skills
-
Experience leveraging manufacturing excellence and data analytics tools

Strong financial acumen

SAP Hana experience
