Bar Cicoria by renowned Michelin Starred Chef Angela Hartnett is looking for an experienced Head Bartender to join our team at one of London’s most distinctive cocktail bars, located inside the Royal Ballet & Opera in Covent Garden.
This is a great opportunity for someone who loves premium hospitality, exceptional cocktails and high-quality service, while benefiting from more manageable finishing times than many central London venues. Evening services usually finish around 11:00pm.
About You
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has experience as a Head Bartender, Senior Bartender or Bar Supervisor in a premium cocktail bar, luxury hotel or high-end restaurant
- Is confident leading a busy, high-volume bar while maintaining excellent standards
- Has strong cocktail and premium spirits knowledge
- Delivers warm, engaging and personalised guest service
- Leads by example and motivates the team
- Remains calm, organised and professional under pressure
- Takes pride in cleanliness, organisation and stock control
- Has a positive attitude, strong work ethic and excellent communication skills
