About Us
We are a New and growing aesthetics clinic looking for a creative, reliable and results-driven **Freelance Social Media Specialist** to manage our online presence and help generate real client enquiries.
The ideal person must have experience or strong knowledge of the **aesthetics industry** and understand how to market aesthetics clinics professionally, ethically and effectively.
### The Role
This role is not just about posting content. We are looking for someone who can create a clear social media strategy, improve engagement and help bring in **proven results, quality leads and genuine client enquiries** for the clinic.
You will be responsible for creating content, managing campaigns and helping turn social media activity into booked consultations and treatments.
This is a freelance role requiring approximately **20–25 hours per week**, with pay starting from **£1,000 per month**, depending on experience and results.
### Key Responsibilities
* Manage and grow our social media presence across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and other relevant platforms
* Create a results-focused social media strategy for the clinic
* Plan, create and schedule posts, reels, stories and campaigns
* Develop content ideas around aesthetic treatments, skincare, clinic results and promotions
* Create content designed to generate enquiries, leads and consultation bookings
* Visit the clinic when required to capture photos and videos
* Edit reels, videos and visual content
* Write strong captions and calls to action that encourage enquiries
* Support treatment launches, offers, events and seasonal campaigns
* Monitor messages, comments and enquiries professionally
* Track leads, engagement, reach and campaign performance
* Provide regular reports showing results, growth and lead generation
* Suggest improvements to increase enquiries and bookings
* Stay up to date with social media trends and aesthetics industry marketing standards
### Requirements
* Proven experience managing social media accounts
* Knowledge of the aesthetics industry is essential
* Experience generating real leads, enquiries or bookings through social media
* Understanding of aesthetics clinics, treatments and client expectations
* Ability to create content that is both visually strong and commercially effective
* Experience creating reels, TikToks and engaging visual content
* Confident using Canva, CapCut, Instagram, TikTok and scheduling tools
* Strong copywriting and communication skills
* Able to provide examples of previous results, campaigns or successful social media growth
* Creative, organised and able to work independently
* Professional understanding of patient confidentiality and clinic standards
* Able to work on a freelance/self-employed basis
### Desirable
* Previous experience working with an aesthetics clinic, beauty clinic, skincare brand or medical aesthetics business
* Knowledge of treatments such as anti-wrinkle injections, dermal fillers, skin boosters, facials, laser, body contouring or advanced skincare
* Experience with paid social media advertising and lead generation campaigns
* Basic photography/videography skills
* Experience using Meta Ads Manager
