We are currently seeking a talented and enthusiastic Senior Chef with experience to assist our Executive Head Chef in leading our team to produce fresh, innovative and interesting food, providing the opportunity to showcase their talent in menu creation and daily specials, leading functions, assisting the leadership in all operations in the Kitchen.
The role of Head Chef brings an excellent opportunity with salary and benefits negotiable depending on experience for the right individual. You will be required to lead & motivate a team and be able to prepare, present and serve at speed whilst maintaining a very high standard.
You will be required to input ideas for menu's and associated purchasing and encouraged to develop your own style and theme.
You will be working as a senior member of a very professional and capable team catering for a busy environment. With quieter periods used to plan ahead.
There is opportunity for straight shift working and you will be supported by a strong team.
The position is full time year around in a well established Hotel, and offers a great opportunity to develop your own individual talent and flair.
The operation consists of a fine dining restaurant, busy brasserie and Function business.

Pay: £43,000.00-£47,000.00 per year
