Key Accountability
- Checking vehicles for defects
- Repairing simple defects (such as replacing light bulbs, replacing wing mirrors, diagnosing faults, checking for warning lights)
- Cleaning vehicles to a high standard - Interior and Exterior
- Moving vehicles around our car parks
- Trustworthy and very reliable
Main Job
Vehicle checking and preparation:
- Cleaning our fleet of cars, vans, and trucks. Cleaning the bodies, the interiors, sweeping the back of vans
- Topping up fluids
- Identifying defects
Skills Required
- Must be willing to work in a team and by yourself
- Must have minimim 2 years UK driving experience in manual and automatic, small and LARGE vehicles
- Needs to have a can do attitude
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Must be flexible
Hours of work are variable dependant on the work load but most likely hours are:
- Monday: 07.00 – 16.00 (one hour unpaid break).
- Tuesday - Friday: 08.00 - 17.00 (one hour unpaid break) There may be, on occasion, a requirement to work overtime.
- Saturday: 08.00 - 12.00
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £33,000.00-£36,000.00 per year
