Senior Support Worker – Children's Residential Care
Location: Milton Keynes
Salary: £37,360 per year (including sleep-ins) + performance bonuses
Shifts: 1 day on, 2 days off rota (sleep-in required on every shift)

We're looking for an experienced Senior Support Worker to help lead our children's residential home, supporting young people with complex needs while guiding and developing a dedicated team.
In this role, you'll:
- Lead shifts and support the day-to-day running of the home.
- Mentor and coach Residential Support Workers.
- Build positive, trusting relationships with children and young people.
- Support education, appointments, daily routines and independence.
- Promote safeguarding and positive behaviour through therapeutic practice.
- Complete care planning, records and key working responsibilities.
You'll be a great fit if you have:
- A Level 3 or Level 4 qualification in Residential Childcare (or are working towards one).
- At least two years' experience in a children's residential setting.
- Experience supporting children with autism, mental health, or emotional and behavioural needs.
- Strong leadership skills and a full UK driving licence.
