Waitress / Front of House
About the Role
We are looking for a friendly, professional and customer-focused Waitress / Front of House Team Member to join our team. You will play an important role in creating a welcoming experience for customers, providing attentive table service and helping to ensure the restaurant runs smoothly throughout each shift.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a busy environment and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcoming and greeting customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Taking food and drink orders accurately
- Providing attentive table service throughout the customer’s visit
- Delivering food and drinks to tables efficiently and professionally
- Answering customer questions about the menu and providing recommendations where appropriate
- Checking in with customers to ensure they are happy with their meals and service
- Clearing and resetting tables efficiently
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation across the front of house
- Processing payments accurately when required
- Working closely with kitchen and front of house colleagues to ensure smooth service
- Handling customer queries or concerns professionally and escalating issues where necessary
- Following food hygiene, health and safety and company procedures at all times

Previous waiting or hospitality experience is desirable, but full training can be provided for the right candidate.
