Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Full Time Restaurant and Bar Team Members to join our vibrant hospitality team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to deliver exceptional guest experiences in a lively dining environment. Successful candidates will be passionate about food and beverage service, possess excellent communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced setting. Previous hospitality or restaurant experience is preferred but not essential, as training will be provided. All roles are paid, with opportunities for professional growth within our organisation.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive table service to ensure a welcoming atmosphere
- Take accurate orders and serve food and beverages efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, bar, and service stations
- Handle cash transactions accurately and process payments using the POS system
- Upsell menu items to maximise sales and enhance guest satisfaction
- Follow food safety standards and hygiene regulations at all times
- Assist in food preparation tasks as required, supporting kitchen staff when necessary
- Manage multiple tables effectively while maintaining a high standard of guest service
- Respond promptly to guest enquiries or complaints, resolving issues professionally
- Support team members during busy periods to ensure smooth operations
Experience
- Previous experience in hospitality, restaurant service, or bar work is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided for suitable candidates
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and basic food preparation techniques is desirable
- Familiarity with serving procedures, upselling strategies, and guest services enhances performance in this role
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage time efficiently during peak hours
- Ability to work well within a team and maintain a positive attitude under pressure
