Serve is a registered charity with over 40 years’ experience supporting older people and adults with disabilities to live independently in their own homes. We are values-led, community-focused, and proud of the care we provide.
We are looking for a Senior Carer to join our friendly team and support both service users and colleagues.
The Role
You will:
- Deliver high-quality, person-centred care in people’s homes
- Provide on-call cover (paid in addition to salary)
- Respond to service user emergencies (e.g. falls)
- Support the Care Manager with:
- Managing alerts on our electronic care system
- Staff spot-check observations
- Care plan reviews
- Help lead an exciting move to a new care planning system, supporting colleagues and data entry
About You
- Experienced in community or domiciliary care
- Calm, organised, and confident in supporting others
- Comfortable using digital systems (or keen to learn)
- Values-driven and passionate about quality care
