The Role
We are currently seeking experienced Multi-Trade Operatives to join our dynamic team to deliver a voids and response repair programme. This role is vital in ensuring the successful completion of diverse construction projects. You will contribute your skills to help us maintain our reputation for excellence. Candidates must be skilled in at least 2–3 of the following trades:
- Painter & Decorator
- Plasterer
- Carpenter
- Plumber
- Tiler
- Vinyl Floor Layer
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in multiple trades listed above
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High standard of workmanship and attention to detail
- Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude
- Full UK driving licence
The role will require you to;
- Be able to work within a team or on their own.
- Have the ability use initiative and work safely whilst following the company health and safety policy
- Deliver excellent customer service and be able to interact and maintain relationships with colleagues and clients.
- Have previous experience working for a similar a similar company or have background in construction industry, responsive maintenance or social housing.

Hours: 40 Per Week
Salary: Salary and price work available
Vehicle: Van and fuel card
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £15.00-£17.00 per hour
