Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated and professional hospitality leader with a proven ability to support the efficient day-to-day operations of a busy 1 Michelin star restaurant. They demonstrate exceptional leadership, communication, and organisational skills, with experience in supervising teams, delivering outstanding customer service, managing inventory, and ensuring compliance with food safety and company standards. Responsibilities
- Support the Restaurant Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
- Lead, motivate, and supervise front-of-house and back-of-house team members to maintain high performance standards.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by resolving guest enquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Train, coach, and develop team members to promote continuous improvement and career growth.
- Monitor food quality, presentation, cleanliness, and service standards to ensure an outstanding guest experience.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Assistant Restaurant Manager or in a similar role within the hospitality or restaurant industry.
- A decent knowledge of wines, spirits and beverages
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop a high-performing team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks.

Pay: £34,000.00-£38,000.00 per year
