An exciting opportunity has arisen to join Sefton Council's Workforce Learning and Development Team as a Learning and Development Business Partner (Employee Development). The role focuses on designing and delivering learning initiatives that support employee development, enhance management capability, and improve organisational performance. Working closely with HR colleagues and stakeholders, you will help managers address employee relations issues through prevention, early intervention, and a strong emphasis on health and wellbeing.
Working alongside the existing Learning and Development Business Partner, you will contribute to the ongoing development of the Council's learning offer, bringing fresh ideas and expertise to strengthen organisational learning and impact. This is an excellent opportunity to help shape a culture of continuous learning and improvement, influence workforce development priorities, and support Sefton Council's ambition to build a skilled, confident, and future-ready workforce.
