Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be crucial in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various environments, ensuring that all areas are tidy, safe, and welcoming for our customers and staff. This position requires a strong commitment to customer service and the ability to communicate effectively in English.
Responsibilities
- Perform cleaning duties in designated areas,Toilets, Offices, Staff areas, Main venue
- Ensure all surfaces are dusted, mopped, vacuumed, and sanitised as per established protocols.
- Dispose of waste responsibly and maintain recycling practices.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
- Assist with special cleaning projects as needed, including deep cleaning or event preparations.
- Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies, ensuring they are used safely and efficiently.
- Provide excellent customer service by being approachable and responsive to client needs.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a cleaning role is essencail
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English.
- A proactive attitude with a drive to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality work consistently.
