We are seeking a passionate and driven leader to join a growing children's residential care provider as a Registered Manager within an EBD service in the Telford area.

The Role
As Registered Manager, you will take overall responsibility for the leadership, development, and performance of the home.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading and developing a high-performing staff team
- Driving positive outcomes for young people
- Maintaining compliance with Ofsted regulations
- Ensuring safeguarding standards are consistently achieved
- Building positive relationships with local authorities and stakeholders
- Supporting recruitment, retention, and staff development
What We're Looking For
- Experience within Children's Residential Care
- Registered Manager experience or strong Deputy Manager experience
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (or equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations
- Passion for achieving positive outcomes for young people
- Full UK Driving Licence
