Job Overview
Must have a civil background and experience in Life Sciences, Data Centre or Semiconduction
- Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Civil, Structural and Architectural works on site.
- Coordinate subcontractors and ensure project delivery to programme.
- Monitor quality, health & safety, and construction progress.
- Liaise with clients, consultants and project teams.
- Ensure works are delivered to the highest industry standards.Experience
- Proven management experience within a customer service or administrative environment, with a track record of supervising teams successfully.
- Familiarity with Primavera P6 or similar project management software is highly desirable.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced setting.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to motivate and lead a diverse team.
- Previous experience in process optimisation or implementing operational improvements is advantageous.
- Demonstrated ability to handle complex problem-solving scenarios with tact and professionalism.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a CSA Manager or Construction Manager.
- Strong background in Data Centres, Life Sciences or Semiconductor projects.
- Excellent site management and coordination skills.
- Available for a 12-month contract.
Location: Limerick, Kildare or Dublin (Ireland)
Contract: 12 months
Rate: Competitive hourly rate (€), dependent on experience.
Pay: £30,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
