As an administrative assistant/sales person you will be typing estimates and quotes. Taking telephone calls, arranging surveys, dealing with customer enquiries. Taking in deliveries into the warehouse, stock control and ordering of stock, speaking face to face with customers in our showroom too.
Must be able to multi task and be able to work in a fast paced pressurised environment, this is a busy office. You will be working as part of an established team, full training will be given.
The work is predominantly Monday to Friday, but may involve some Saturday working and covering other sites, if needed.
Key Requirements
- Minimum two years experience in an administrative role.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills; reliable and punctual.
- Working knowledge of Sage, Word, Excel and Outlook would be an advantage.
