Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Customer Service Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients via various communication channels. This role involves handling customer inquiries, processing data entry tasks, and promoting our products and services.
As a customer service representative, you will be responsible for accurately entering and updating customer data into a database, proactively answering telephone and email queries and following them through to resolution, actively preventing termination of customer contracts, following up customers first deliveries and dealing with any issues that arise, producing customer invoices and chasing purchase order information, Liaise with internal departments to help resolve customer issues, action daily delivery driver reports and general office tasks.
Responsibilities
Customer service and care of the customer
- By entering customer data in to the data base
- By updating customer information
- By handling customer telephone calls and making required activities
- By actively preventing terminations of contracts and reduce of purchased services
- By handling customer feedback and making required activities
- By making customer satisfaction surveys
- By follow up of first delivery to new customer
- By follow up of contract termination and final invoicing
- By making invoicing to customers
- By printing of delivery lists
- By archive of customer documents
Skills
- Proficiency in data entry with high attention to detail.
- Understands customer needs
- Knows customers and company ‘s customer registers
- Knows Lindström processes
- Has good knowledge of textile rental business/ models and products
- Knows factors which affect into the productivity
- Knows the prices and pricing system
- Knows customer satisfaction measurement system (and results) and also customer feedback system.
- Knows action plans
- Knows how to handle situations of nonconformities
- Excellent telephone communication skills
- Good PC skills in Word and Excel
- English knowledge is an advantage
- Negotiation skills
- Organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude.
