The Role:
- Supervision and Development of the restaurant team
- Liaising with relevant departments
- Allocation of tasks
- Staff Training
- Supervision of all facilities
- Develop knowledge of products
- Reporting to Restaurant Manager
- General administration tasks
Skills:
- Industry knowledge
- Strong Interpersonal skills
- Good communicator
- Ideally previous experience within a restaurant environment
- Positive attitude
- Willingness to progress
- Weekend Availability
