Are you an experienced Family Solicitor looking to join a respected national law firm with a strong reputation for quality and client care?

The Role
You will manage a varied privately funded family caseload, including:
- Divorce and separation
- Financial remedy matters
- Private children disputes
- Cohabitation and TOLATA matters
- Pre- and post-nuptial agreements
- Domestic abuse injunctions
The firm provides strong administrative support, established referral streams, and modern case management systems, allowing you to focus on delivering exceptional client service.
About You
- Qualified Solicitor (ideally 2+ years’ PQE, though strong candidates outside this range will be considered)
- Experience handling a family law caseload independently
- Confident managing sensitive matters with empathy and professionalism
- Strong advocacy and negotiation skills
- Commercially aware and proactive
Panel membership and/or Resolution membership would be advantageous but is not essential.
